Meet Tim Hallbom, Behavioral Scientist & Co-Founder.

Tim Hallbom is a world-renowned Behavioral Scientist. He knows just how to get inside peoples minds and figure out how they do what they do. He is able to decode genius and then show you how you can use their strategies to get the same results for yourself. His passion is understanding how people tick.  He has mastered the process of deconstructing human behavior and what people are doing inside their minds to achieve exceptional results. His easy manner and ability to connect with people has earned him a reputation as a true Master among his peers. He is dedicated to helping everyday people achieve significantly more in their lives.

Tim is a pioneer in the field of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which is a field dedicated to understanding human patterning. Throughout his expansive career, Tim has worked with individuals and organizations, authored several articles and books, founded training centers and professional organizations, keynoted international conferences and lectured all over the world. His vast experience and innate flexibility helps him to be successful with virtually everyone that he works with.&

Meet Taryn Voget, CEO & Co-Founder.

Taryn Voget is an entrepreneur, business adviser and adventuresse. She began her career with Accenture and for 13 years thrived as a high-end management consultant, helping the best companies in the world define, streamline and improve their business processes. She has worked with companies such as Disney, Gap, Genentech and the US Postal Service. At age 29 she started her own successful management consulting firm and amassed a client roster of Fortune 100 and startup companies. Taryn has an uncanny knack for unpacking complex processes and streamlining them. Through her years working with dozens of business and thousands of people, she has developed the unwavering belief that genius is always in the simplicity.  Her inspiration for the Everyday Genius Institute was ignited by her desire to reveal strategies of genius and make them accessible to everyone.
Taryn spends her free time traveling the world, mentoring young professionals and enjoying her 5 siblings and adorable niece and nephew. She donates her time on various projects for her alma mater, Georgetown University, where she received a degree in Finance and Management. When you meet Taryn, you’ll find that she is a lover of perfect moments and believes that everyone has a genius.

We are a little reluctant to showcase our talented team for fear they will be ‘discovered’ in a big way, but they are just too good to keep behind the scenes and we are deeply honored they are part of our team at the Everyday Genius Institute.
